Service Policy

Remote Session Experience: Thank you for choosing remote energy work through Quantum Medicine Collective. Sessions may include Sacred Activations, Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®), Medical Intuitive guidance, or a combination of modalities intuitively guided for your support and wellbeing. Technology Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing a stable internet connection and a computer, tablet, or mobile device capable of supporting virtual sessions. Please join sessions from a quiet, private, and comfortable environment free from distractions or interruptions. Quantum Medicine Collective is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet or device issues. Session Timing: Sessions are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the energy and intuitive guidance that comes through. Please join on time and allow yourself a few quiet moments before the session begins. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. Clean Energy Policy: Clients are expected to participate in a grounded and respectful manner. Please do not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any impairing substance. Participants are encouraged to arrive hydrated, rested, and energetically open to the work. Quantum Medicine Collective reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if participation is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required to confirm appointments. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable except in Quantum Medicine Collective approved emergency situations.
