Services & Offerings
QMC provides wellness, educational, and spiritually-oriented services including, but not limited to:

• Sacred Activations trainings

• Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) trainings

• Medical Intuitive sessions

• In-person and remote energy sessions

• Group events and virtual gatherings

• Sound therapy and energetic wellness events

• Digital activations, recordings, and downloadable content

• Memberships, pricing plans, and community offerings

All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or discontinued at any time.

 

Educational & Wellness Disclaimer
The information, techniques, and services provided by Quantum Medicine Collective— including but not limited to Sound Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy, Sacred Activations, and related modalities — are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and personal growth purposes only. We are not licensed medical doctors in the State of California, and our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare provider. There is currently no license available in the field of Energy Medicine. Thus, it is considered complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state. QMC services are based on the theory of Quantum Physics and its applications within the human energy field. Sara Garcia is an ordained minister and has a decade of study and practice of varying forms of energy medicine through institutions such as The Center for Being.

 

QMC services are intended for spiritual exploration, personal growth, energetic wellness, relaxation, and educational purposes only. Services, trainings, events, and digital products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, or mental health care. Quantum Medicine Collective and Sara Garcia are not licensed medical doctors in the State of California. Statements made through this website, trainings, sessions, recordings, or events have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional regarding medical or psychological concerns.

 

 

Participant Responsibility
By participating in any QMC offering, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing. Participants understand that energetic experiences vary and may include emotional release, fatigue, heightened sensitivity, vivid dreams, or temporary discomfort during energetic integration. Participants agree not to attend sessions, trainings, or events while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or impairing substances.

QMC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation due to disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

 

 

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment is required to confirm bookings, trainings, subscriptions, pricing plans, or events. Due to energetic preparation, proprietary materials, digital access, and limited availability, purchases are generally non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or in approved emergency circumstances. Missed appointments, no-shows, incomplete participation, or dissatisfaction with perceived outcomes do not qualify for refunds.

Payment Plans & Auto-Renewals
Certain offerings may include recurring subscriptions or payment plans. By enrolling, you authorize QMC to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the agreed billing schedule. Lifetime access associated with payment plans becomes fully available once the balance has been paid in full. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspended access to trainings, recordings, digital materials, or community spaces.

 

Digital Products & Intellectual Property
All materials provided by QMC, including videos, recordings, activations, manuals, graphics, branding, downloads, and course content, are protected intellectual property. Purchases grant a limited personal-use license only. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, shared, taught, uploaded, or commercially exploited without written permission. Unauthorized sharing may result in revoked access without refund.

 

 

Recordings & Media Consent
Certain sessions, trainings, events, or community gatherings may be recorded, photographed, or used for educational, archival, or promotional purposes.
By participating, you acknowledge that incidental inclusion in recordings or media may occur.

 

 

Minors
Minors may participate only with the consent, supervision, and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

 

 

Community Spaces
Participants engaging in private groups, memberships, forums, or community gatherings agree to maintain respectful, compassionate, and confidential conduct. QMC reserves the right to remove access to community spaces due to disruptive, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

 

 

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Quantum Medicine Collective, LLC dba Sara Garcia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, physical, financial, or spiritual damages arising from participation in or use of this website, services, trainings, events, digital products, or community spaces. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

 

 

Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this website or participation in QMC services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California rather than through court proceedings, except where prohibited by law. Participants waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

 

 

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
