Applies to all live virtual classes and related recordings

1. Class Participation and Recordings

By enrolling in or attending a live virtual class hosted by Quantum Medicine Collective, LLC dba Sara Garcia (“Company”), you understand and agree to the following:

• The session will be recorded and made available to all registered participants for replay and future viewing.

• Live attendance is optional; participation via recording is permitted and supported.

• You voluntarily consent to the recording of your image, voice, name, likeness, chat comments, and any contributions made during the class (collectively, “Your Participation”).

• You grant the Company and its agents, representatives, successors, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, and otherwise exploit Your Participation in any media now known or hereafter developed, for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes, without compensation or further permission.

2. Voluntary Participation and Acknowledgment of Risk

• You understand that all services offered by the Company, including but not limited to intuitive sessions, energy healing, Sacred Activations™, Integrated Energy Therapy®, and any spiritual or metaphysical guidance, are not licensed medical or psychological care and are offered solely for educational and personal development purposes.

• You acknowledge that these services are not evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

• You agree to consult with your licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical or psychological conditions.

• You voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with participating in these services and fully accept and agree that you are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• You hereby release, waive, and discharge Quantum Medicine Collective, LLC dba Sara Garcia and its owners, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from your participation in the class, use of class materials, or reliance on any content or guidance received.

• You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any third-party claims arising from your participation in, or actions taken during or after, the class.

4. Replay and Confidentiality

• Replays are available only to registered participants and are for personal use only.

• Sharing access to replays or course content with non-registrants is strictly prohibited.

• While the Company holds space with care and confidentiality, group settings are public in nature, and confidentiality of participant-shared content cannot be guaranteed. Please use discretion.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By registering for and/or attending any class, you acknowledge that you have read this policy in full, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions.
