Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to receive in-person energy work. These sessions are held with deep care and intention, and your time and energy are honored in every step of the process. Location Options: In-person sessions are available either at Sara’s private treatment room or at a location you request. If you choose your own space, it will be reviewed to ensure it’s accessible and appropriate for this type of work. Session Duration: Sessions are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the energy and guidance that comes through. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time and allow yourself a few moments to settle in. If you’re receiving the session at your own location, be sure the space is quiet, clean, and free of interruptions. Payment & Confirmation: Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. The treatment room address will be shared once your booking request is approved and payment is received. Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. Clean Energy Policy: Please do not attend in-person sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. This ensures your energy system is fully available for the work.
